Service will be provided by Intellectual Technology & Communication Pty Ltd at an agreed time.

This Managed Support Service Plan is for customers who have mission critical GPON network switch infrastructure requiring 24x7 support. It includes:

  • 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring: Unlimited Remote
  • 24x7 Help Desk / User Support: 10 minutes/device in aggregate
  • 8 x 5 On-Site Support: 10 minutes/device in aggregate
  • Configuration moves, adds and changes to port configuration (up to 2 per month)

Requires a 24x7 Switch Vendor support plan to be in place.
