This Managed Support Service Plan is for customers who have mission critical network switch infrastructure requiring 24x7 support. It includes:
- 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring: Unlimited Remote
- 24x7 Help Desk / User Support: Unlimited Remote
- 8 x 5 On-Site Support: Unlimited
- Configuration moves, adds and changes to port configuration (up to 2 per month)
