- 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring: Unlimited Remote
- 24x7 Help Desk / User Support: Unlimited Remote
- 8 x 5 On-Site Support: Unlimited
- Configuration of Adds, Moves and Changes (fair use policy applies)
