This Managed Support Service Plan is for customers who have a business hours firewall infrastructure requiring 10x5 support. It includes:
- 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring
- 10x5 Help Desk / User Support: 15 minutes
- 8 x 5 On-Site Support: 15 minutes/device/month in aggregate.
- Pro-active management of NextGen Firewall capabilities to minimise threats
