This Managed Support Service Plan is for customers who have business hours network switch infrastructure requiring 10 x 5 support. It includes:
- 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring: Unlimited Remote
- 10x5 Help Desk / User Support: 15-minutes/device/month in aggregate
- 8 x 5 On-Site Support: 15-minutes/device/month in aggregate
