This Managed Support Service Plan is for customers who have business hours wireless access point infrastructure requiring 10x5 support. It includes:
- 24x7 Network Operations Center Monitoring
- 10x5 Help Desk / User Support: 10 minutes/device/month in aggregate
- 8 x 5 On-Site Support: 10 minute/device/month in aggregate
